Second work :
We approached Rajkumar again to demolish the old house and rebuild it. My father was an old fashioned kothanar so he want the house to be constructed in his own ways/ ideas. But Rajkumar adapted quickly and aligned with my father ideas and explained precisely about the new technologies, challenges, types of materials used and most important our ideas are fulfilled along with my father views. We are very happy about it. I think he is mastered in delivering the project on time. one phone call to raj about the issues or modifications will be resolved to your satisfaction in the next day

We have been in touch for almost a year , I have sent multiple plans asking for quote and Vijay did a wonderful coordination in sharing the details and made sure they dont miss us, we were lucky enought that we didn't miss them . Such a wonderful people to work with.
To specifically quote on a wonderful human being Raj, while we started the constitution, borewell was the first step - there was a bigger fight from the near by people.He stood with us almost wasting the day fighting with external factors for us , I don't think anyone else would have done this , he could have easily told owners should talk and sort out , but he dint. I will always be grateful for them.
Now coming to the construction part. It was wonderfully planned and neatly executed on time . No compromise in the quality. ( I would definitely rewrite one more review after a few years regarding the constitution quality). To add on Ajith the site engineer did an excellent work , ever small detailing I say , he will remember and execute it.
